5-Stack Draft, play.topfrag.store · Last updated October 16, 2026

5-Stack Draft is a free fan game made by TOPFRAG. This page says what we collect when you play, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we only ask for your email, it's optional, and you can leave the list whenever you want.

What we collect

• Your email address, only if you type it in. You can skip it and still play. With it we store the date you signed up, the country your connection came from (worked out from your IP address; we don't keep the address itself) and the fact that you confirmed you're 13 or older.
• Anonymous gameplay stats: things like "a game started", "a game finished", "a result was shared", with the side, site and grade. We use PostHog for this, set up so it doesn't use cookies or follow you between visits. These stats aren't linked to your email.
• Basic technical logs kept by our host, Cloudflare, to run and protect the site (for example, to stop spam and attacks).
• On your own device, the game remembers your record, best rating, chosen side, sound setting and whether you've already seen the email box. That never leaves your device.

What we use it for

• To send you emails from TOPFRAG: new game modes, drops and occasional deals. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To see how the game is doing (how many people play, finish and share) so we can make it better.

We don't sell your email or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it

Your email is stored in our database at Cloudflare and added to TOPFRAG's customer list on Shopify, which we use to send emails. Gameplay stats go to PostHog. Each of these companies only processes the data for us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of any email.
• To see, correct or delete your data, email us and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
• If you're in the EU, the UK or California, you have these rights by law, plus the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Kids

The game is for players 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect emails from anyone younger. If you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

The game itself
