Tubarão delays breaching (players say it's missing). TRUE: Ubisoft's own guide says a Zoto pauses Thermite, Hibana and Ace breaches and Ram's BU-GI. The model gives him no breach role at all.
Tubarão is mainly a plant denier. His canister mostly slows people and pauses gadgets; Ubisoft frames him as a site anchor and anti-gadget operator. Plant denial is secondary (slows planters, no damage).
